Moving my Mattress

I'm finally moving for good. No turning back, because I've moved my closet, now I only have a few pieces of clothes lying inside.

I'll officially move in when my mattress goes down, and I don't have to lay a finger to get it done. There are people in the house who are desperate for me to move. They will do it for me at no cost.

I've not had a decent Full day rest at all this holiday, and I never will. Let see...
BBDC
HoChiMin
BBDC
Tanjung Pinang
Pack Room
Project
Shanghai
I've never tried having something to do Everyday during holidays... until now.
I swear I'll get all the rest I want for the next holiday! Nobody dare to disrupt that!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Call me crazy, I've got 20gb of TVXQ stuff right now. I can't live with it all in my HDD so I bought DVDs to burn it in... As a collection. :D

Now I'm juz waiting for my brother to get off the PC so that I can start burning. TVXQ Bansai!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Back to my room. I've been in the new room the whole of today... clearing up, stacking things up nicely, folding any clothes that can be folded so that my closet can fit..

FYI, my closet space has shrunk from 2 closets to 1... My room shrunk so much, I have not much space left to walk.
Both my brothers has gained 1 closet each and more room space.
In return, I've got a toilet to myself.

Now I realise how much I've lost in comparison to how much they have gained.
Grrr.....
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To lighten up my spirits, I've had quite abit of TVXQ today.

Yesterday, on MTVchinese, when it was nearly 8pm, there was TVXQ - Hug.
On MTVchinese's J&K Pop show, aired on every weekdays 7pm.

Every Thursday is K-Pop day and there will definitely be TVXQ on K-Pop day.. Because TVXQ are like the hottest Korean Boyband in Taiwan after Shinhwa. Also because they've been really active for the past few years, there's always something new to talk about.

Wells, they had the debut MV for Lovin' You last week, so this week, it was TVXQ classic day.
Didn't translate that correctly... but I don't know how to do it right.. afterall, their average age is only 20 years old, abit wrong to use the word classic...

But anyways.. I woke up early at 11.30 am today to watch the repeat telecast of the show again.. Just to watch TVXQ - Hug one more time.

And then, at 12nn, it was VMAJ 2007 repeat telecast. Missed the first one and the 1st repeat telecast because I was overseas.. This is the one and only repeat telecast I'll be able to catch because I'll be away for the rest of the telecast. Damn.

Anyways, caught the live performance of TVXQ - O Jung.Ban.Hap. Korean/Japanese Ver.
This time, on the big screen, I noticed something..
Yunho dropped his earpiece during the performance.. You can see snippets of him struggling to put it back whenever he can.. Oh no..
But he can still sing in tune and dance on the beat. SarangHaeYo!!

Then I saw them getting the award on the big screen.. although it's not my first time watching it but I was still smiling from ear to ear.
For all the hardwork they put in, They deserved it.

This is like the Debut of TVXQ. First Single, First Song, First MV, First Song Sung in Every language.

I remember the boys were saying how the MV was design to portray their selling point... which started out good, but was ruined after the release of other singles.

Hero Jaejoong - Man with Tie, Roses. - Mysterious, Lover.
Micky Yoochun - Shaving, Attractive Bachelor.
Xiah Junsu - Dressed like a Rich Boy, Pen&Paper and Violin-like instrument (forgot the name) (Edit)Chello? Did I spell it correctly? - Charisma
Max Changmin - Cutie Pie lazing on the bed with a little Kitty. - Cute Boy(he IS the youngest)
Uknow Yunho - Sporty with a Football. - Leader.

Now that they've shown their true colours, it became...

Hero Jaejoong - Straightforward, Frank, does jokes with a cool face, which makes it funnier.
Micky Yoochun - Prince Charming.
Xiah Junsu - Act Cute, Oyagi Gags (Cold Jokes) King.
Max Changmin - Acts older than his age, the oldest acting like the youngest and the youngest acting like the olderst.
Uknow Yunho - Still the leader, only one who keeps the image. :D

Love 2 parts of the MV,
  • When Changmin kissed the Kitty... Awe...
  • When Yunho winked...
  • Ahhhhhh!! Killer-wink!!!

    Spring Cleaning

I am forced to move by the end of this week otherwise everyone (2brothers + mamma) is gonna do it for me.
Er... yea.. I'm not moved in yet. It's been quite a while.
So far, I've spent 4 separate days clearing my room and I estimate another 2 more days until I can really move in.

Today, it was the Secrets Drawer that needs clearing up. It's where all the hush hush items are locked up.

There were things I never knew I still kept hiding in the dark corners of the drawer. Namely, the letters from Gerald. Of course, I read them all, "reminiscing" the past.
Feels embarrassing reading the letters.. I was blushing even though I'm the only 1 in the room. That's not the point.

After the breakup, I always thought Gerald was being too possessive, being pushy and super Emo. But sometimes I can't help but wonder if I had a part to play in being the villain. Afterall, it was me who initiated the breakup.
After reading the letters, I think I made the right decision and I'm not the villain.
Most of his letters have complaints on
    how he felt neglected,
    how I'm ignoring him,
how I'm not spending enough time with him.
I was like "Excuse me! I spent everyday in school with You lar!! I had no friends! When I had friends, I had no chance!!" when I read those parts.

And then he was going on about how tough it was for him to hold on and make everything work out, how much it hurts.
I went like "Then why didn't you just break up!! Stupid Ass!! Then I wouldn't have to play the villain!"

Thinking back.. we were just being childish.
Then again, the game of love is childish.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Okays.. this is for Zhiwei and Alvin and those interested in the 104/204 gathering.
    Guess what?
I found the Register for class 204 while packing my room.

I know Zw is not around to read this, but I'm guessing she'll read it when she returns.
Now we won't miss out anybody from the class and we won't have to rack our brains to list out the names in the class.

Eh... don't ask me why I kept the register, I have no idea myself and I'll have to keep it again for the sake of the 104/204 gathering.

So now, AlvTel can get back to business and start calling up peeps on the namelist. Thanks Bob The builder
Wait a minute... is AlvTel, OrangeTel and Bob (Bobby Drake) from the same company?
I mean, although they are all from the same service provider, doesn't mean they are the same company right?
Or izzit like P&G has different brands of shampoo?

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I found another Dong Bang Fan, but not exactly a friend. She's Bernard's friend.
Don't know if Ber reads this, but remember Melisa?
Not the Sasa/MelLou in QSS, but the Moqi buddy.

I saw her nick on MSN... something about DBSK. Woots!
    Spread the TVXQ Love~

    Peanuts

I always thought my family was considered well-to-do among my relatives... until I went to visit more relatives then I felt the true meaning of 'Peanuts'.

I went to another rural village for a family gathering for the weekend, it changed my perspective of the word "Rich".

This is part of the family, My family.

In Singapore, an Island City, it is a big deal to own a land. Some own lands they live on, the richer ones own land others depend on for survival. That's about it. Consider Singapore being developed and with the high standard of living, it takes quite some effort to own Something.

Afew years ago, I learnt that the hotel I always live in when I visit Indonesia belongs to a relative. I didn't know they were so loaded. Then again, it's probably quite affordable to own a hotel in Indonesia, not a 5 star, juz a supposedly humble 4 star hotel, which I think juz got demoted to 3 stars when I last visited it during the weekend. This is One family.

Our purpose was to visit another family living in the fishing village(island) of Tanjung Pinang (Bintan). They live in Kelongs stretched from the home on land to the sea.
They shit/pee into a hole on the ground and guess where the excretion is disposed to.... I shall leave the answer to your imagination.
They bathe with well water, pumped from pipes and generators to a Huge Sink/Tub in the toilet. You're suppose to use a pail and splash the water manually.
With such sanitation and profession (fishermen), you might wonder how loaded can this family get.

Wells, they own plantations, which means who knows how many hectres of land. The Patriarch seems determined to conquer Bintan and money is rolling in every second as I type.
Btw, they are the only Chinese on that island. Every1 else is Malay, that explains why they can't take the risk of flaunting their riches, they are out-numbered. Better to make peace, they say.

An Island separated from the main island. This is where we were lodging for the night.

The on-the-sea-side of the house. This is just part of it, the Kelong is quite big, the biggest in the Village, I think...

And you think that's it, that's the richest they can get, I thought so too, until I visited the Islands. Yeps.. the third family owns Islands. They've built 2 resorts on each Island, which are running already. The 3rd resort on the Island I went to is under construction, most probably going in operation by the end of the year.
    I freaked out.

This is the Island I visited. It's still under construction, so there's nothing much on the coast.

Because there was no jetty for our bigger boat, we had to take a smaller boat to reach the island.

So in Singapore, the size of your car pretty much shows your status. In Tanjung Pinang, it's the size of your boat that matters. And normally "chauffeurs" are hired, in our case, all the boats had "chauffeurs". If they can afford Islands, why not?

    More Awesome Performances!

I was so deprived, that when I got home, the first thing I did on my laptop was to get updates on TVXQ. (I see eyes rolling).

So, while I was away, they returned to Korea (WooHoo!) for a concert held in Korea, Ulsan and Seoul. It's a SM Town concert.
For those who think SM Town is another boyband, I'll clarify here that SM Town is the name of SM Entertainment's artists who would gather every year to compile an album for the company.

Artists under SM Entertainment and joined SM Town includes BoA, Kangta, Super Junior, CSJH The Grace and of course, TVXQ. Other artists like Shinhwa and H.O.T. were once under the Co. until they moved/splitted.

Anyways, I'm getting off track. The SM Town Summer Concert 2007!!!

This is a News from KBS2 (a channel in Korea) reporting on the Dream Concert.

Thanks to GodoftheEast Subbing Squad for the English Subs.

Did you notice TVXQ in there??
They've got the Hottest costumes ever!! Maybe I'm saying this because Yunho is like SUPER SEXY in there! My heart skipped a beat when I watched the performance!
Hafta try to catch my breath everytime I watch the performance. *Faints*
    Watch this to find out.

    TVXQ - 'O' Jung.Ban.Hap. @ Dream Concert Seoul 2007

For the benefit of those with low bandwidth or are unable to view via Veoh for certain reasons, here's the Utube ver.

It's not as clear but it beats missing it.

I was screaming my head off when Yunho lifted his shirt! He finally has enough confidence to show off his bod! He doesn't need Jaejoong to do it for him. *Giggles*
I love the Stylist who designed Yunho's costume, she must be a genius to give Yunho that shirt.
With him in the front flashing his tummy... *NoseBleeds*
    Some1 call 911, I'm can't take it anymore.. it's too HOT!!

Okays, enough of my Yunho. Changmin's hair in here reminds me of Micky's 3rd Album days. Check out the 3rd Album's cover and you'll know what I mean.

And they've all got their hair trimmed. Like finally! Except Changmin though, his hair is still freaking long, I prefer it shorter. Yunho looks Gorgeous in the new haircut! Junsu's hair is also shorter, it's more obvious in the News vid.

Btw, I'm gonna find the cameraman and skin him alive! Thanks for filming the useless audience and changing scenes at the best parts of the performance.

    To My Dong Bang Friends:
I downloaded these clips, thanks to Clubbox (: I've got the full concert vid. Holler if you want it.
I haven't sent the VMAJ clips to Qp yet. Holler to cfm when you want it. I'll probably burn it for you (:

TVXQ 11th Jap Single - Lovin' You

It's out on sale (in Japan). Have no idea when will it be out in Singapore, but that's not important. Maybe I'll consider buying the DVD version if it's good. (:

So much to write about, get into a comfy position on your seat and take a deep breath, this is gonna be a long post.

Went to HMV yesterday, checked out the release of Rising Sun DVD. Saw this on the Japanese/Korean Album Chart.

Five in The Black hit no.7 on the chart.
Glad that it's on the chart, but it's nowhere near the top but it's not important. There's better news.

Yays!!! TVXQ's Rising Sun hit No. ONE on the DVD/VCD Chart!!! WooHoooo!!
I was smiling to myself when I saw this.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Oh ya, if you haven't noticed, I'm back in Singapore, for only 3 days.
This weekend, I'm leaving again, to somewhere in Indonesia for a family gathering.
Some asked why must we go so far for a gathering, that's because I have relatives there.
I'm going with my mom side's relatives.

I only learnt yesterday that my kor will be missing this gathering, not becasue he doesn't want to, but he's in reservist now.. Wahahahaha! Thought he could skip it because he's a clerk (with the help of a specialist and stuff). In the end, he's still called back to be a clerk for a week. LMAO =D

Anyways, HoChiMin(HCM) was alright. It's freaking warmer than Singapore and the Sun is scorching painful.
The place is really dirty, and the air is especially filthy, giving no mercy to my complexion. Now I'm having trouble fixing the acne troubles. ):

The food is not as great as what Sab said, not for me at least. The food was slightly too salty for my liking and they love to eat Veggies, Raw. They have all sorts of raw leafs. They also have this Vietnamese 'Pohpiah'.
Instead of the flour skin, we were given edible "plastic paper" to wrap.
Instead of the cooked cabbage filling with extra sides like prawn and crab, we were to use raw leafs with any one of the cooked dish on the table as the side.
Instead of the sweet sauce used in Pohpiah, there's this clear sweet, sour, spicy watery sauce, which I'll pass and use the soy sauce instead.

Next is the shopping. They have markets like Thailand, except it's slightly smaller, something like Tiong Bahru Market, but slightly bigger.
One thing I must mention. The walkways in between the shops are so Freaking Small!! Only One Person can fit in that space, two person will have to do the CrabWalk to pass.
There's no ventilation, with shoulders rubbing shoulders and the humidity, I have no mood to stop and browse for long in a shop, much less to say bargain for a good price.

But I still manage to buy some stuff. 2 Polos, 2 bags, 1 belt and 1 slippers.
Oh, and 1 fragrance, but that was in Singapore's Changi DFS, counted?

I have something that might freak some out, there was a roach in my hotel's bathroom on the first day. I killed it unintentionally when I close the bathroom door, jammed it in between the hinges.
And then there was something that freaked me out. There's a lizard behind the desk in the hotel room on the last day. I made my brother clear my stuff on the table and I didn't dare to go near the table for the rest of the day.

But on the overall, the hotel is good. It's only Four Star but with the good location, it was worth it.

My dad has a few Singapore friends in Vietnam, all business related friends. Only one was residing in HCM. He brought us to a restaurant on the top of a office tower where we can see bird's eye view of HCMCity. We had dinner there, some familiar food finally, fish and chips. Had cocktails that I have no idea what is it made of but it's drinkable.

The best part was the night view of HCM on the 33rd Floor. HCM is a mixture of tall buildings in the midst of the overcrowded shop houses. Nothing fascinating in the sunlight, but with the aid of the coloured lighting and luminous board signs, the place is magnificent under the moonlight.

We manage to get ourselves the best seat in the house, where we can see the suburbs of HCM, the City and Saigon River. Breathtaking.
It's without a doubt the Best Part of the Trip.

Name of the Restaurant: Panorama 33

The next trip is to yet another underdeveloped place. I'm expecting a worse hotel with more polluted environment. I've been there so I'm not speculating.
I'm not complaining, just hoping for a miracle for my complexion.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I've signed up to Clubbox. To those who were wondering, it's a Korean Upload/Download site. I've been downloading non-stop since I registered.

Anybody knows any TVXQ Clubbox groups I can join for more downloads?

Yes, I'm crazy, hot-blooded, overboard. But I've been deprived for a week in Vietnam, excuse me for that.

Btw, is TVXQ hot in Shanghai? I really hope it is... I'm not sure, but I hope it's better than Singapore.

    Vietnam-ing

They have free internet access here! Coolness~

    As expected, no TVXQ around.

The weather is warmer than Singapore, the air is bad, and the tour buses are old, but usable. It's only the 2nd day and I'm homesick already.
The bed, toilet, shower, TV, couch, food.

Alrights... gtg now, doing more shopping at 8pm. Will be back.

    Bare it all out.

    Faces.
    How many do you have?

    I have Four.

The one I wear most is the one I grew up in. It's only worn at home, in front of people I love the most.
Undeniably the most comfortable mask out of the three, because there isn't any. I am myself, the side of me no one other than my family has ever seen. I doubt they know this, but I am different in the other world, the world where people are unrelated by blood, connected only by a delicate word called "Friendship".

That's right, Friendship created my two new faces. One I've learnt to get used to, and another I'm still exploring with caution.

It has been 6 and a half years and only 2 years ago then I've learnt to live with it. What took so long, you may ask. I guess it was the term "Growing Up" that obstructed developments of the invisible mask.

Looking back, I saw the makings of myself and how I blended into the lives of others. What struck me the most was one conversation I had with one of the 'mask makers'. She made me realise I AM part of their lives, embedded and irreplaceable. At that moment, I like how that feels, indescribable and I like it. This happened less than a month ago. (:

The Third face isn't new to me anymore. I first wore it 6 and a half years ago when I entered a whole new environment, leaving my little associates behind.
    I was alone, literally.

Since then, it's a mask I can't leave home without. Sometimes I wonder, why can't I just shred all the faces and just use one? This mask answers the question.
    The reason:
I read from somewhere, saying that Humans are Good by Nature.
    I say:
    Bullshit.

Consequently, Face Three grew to become street smart. It changes with the environment, It changes with it's 'mask makers'.

The Fourth Face is a secret. The mask only I've seen. Nobody will ever know of it's existence, but nobody wants to know anyway.

    -----------------------------------------SideTrack-----------------------------------------

I just learn a few moments ago, that the plane ride is at 7 in the morning. We have to leave the house at 5am, which means I need to get up by 4am to get prepared.
Thank you very much mummy *Gives sarcastic face*, 4am is the time I go to bed nowadays.

And guess what?? I am not packed yet. None, Zero, Nothing.
I realise that the older I get, the more last minute I become.

Or is it because I've become so experienced that packing up a luggage is no big deal anymore.
You're scoffing because I used the word experience, and you think I'm bragging.
Oh please, with the amount I'm traveling this hols, I'll see how much longer you can hold that sneer.

As usual, back to TVXQ. Start cheering 'friends', there's no TVXQ in Vietnam. It's even more rare to find than in Singapore.
Btw, I found a Third Dong Bang friend. Another to add to the list. She's no big deal, because she not a hard core fan, but she does have a few of their MVs and songs. Her fav member is Micky Yoochun (Hoorays!!). I'll elaborate further when I get back.

    New graphics added

Wells, my dong bang friend commented that there were only Yunho graphics posted, for obvious reasons.
    I was being bias.
Plus, I've been collecting so many of these graphics but I don't know where to use it. I admit I've not been noticing the other member's graphics as much as Yunho's, so I don't have any good ones to put up.

After thinking about it, I think it's unfair to the other members, so just now, I've been hunting for graphics for all of the members.
Once again, bias-ness prevails, and I found more Changmin and Junsu's graphics.

Being a huge JaeHo fan, I grabbed quite afew Jaejoong's graphics as well, but I shall spare those who finds it disturbing. They ARE Hotblooded males w/o a doubt, just that they share brotherly affections for each other - in my opinion.

It was Micky's birthday and I failed to collect his graphics. It just shows so much of my affections to the boys. *Grins*

I can't find a space to put another graphic up anyways. I'll probably have to open up another section if I have to add Micky in, just like what I did for Changmin and Junsu.
Notice I have "Exits" added to accommodate Changmin and Junsu.
(I've added Links to some TVXQ sites to add more Yunho's graphics the 1st time round.)

I like Junsu's graphic best. I like the real him, when he's being himself, as shown in the graphic. He's always trying to be serious in front of the camera during interviews and stuff. He's bubbly by nature and I like that.
Ohs, and notice Yunho in glasses in that Junsu graphic? Hehe... adorkable (:
Yeps, be surprised that it's not one of the Yunho graphics. Haven't found the Perfect Yunho graphic yet, I've got high expectations.

You may ask why must I have 1 graphic per section. Well, too many graphics will Ugly-fy the layout. You get what I mean?

Oh wells, maybe i'll take my time finding a nice Micky graphic and add it in the future when I'm bored of these graphics.

Enjoy, and spread the TVXQ Love. <333

생일축하합니다, 믹키유천! Saengil Chuka Hamnida, Micky Yoochun!

    It's Yoochunnie's birthday today.
    It's Rainie Yang's birthday today.
It's my First day of Common Test today.
It's my Last day of Common Test today.

    Happy Birthday!
    Saengil Chuka Hamnida!
    생일축하합니다 !

This morning, and I mean since the clock strike 12, I saw loads of tribute videos for Yoochun on Youtube. Since last week, the TVXQ forums have changed their wallpapers, banners, decor, getting ready for Yoochun's birthday.

I have no choice but to get into the mood of celebrating a birthday for someone who's not beside me, and I've never met.
I read from a post in one of the forums, some girls actually custom made a cake with Yoochun's picture on it and gathered a few days ago to celebrate Yoochun's birthday. I was like "What The Hell!?!?" They took photos of the 'party' and posted on the forum for all to share.
    They have gone overboard.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is still the common test week, but since it's the First and Last day of my exams, I can consider my holiday to have officially started.

But nopes, I'm not privileged to enjoy the slacker life this hols.

Straight after the paper this morning, my class had to stay back for a class meeting, which will last until this wednesday, if we can finish our discussion by then. *Fingers-crossed*

Thursday is Pack-up day and Friday is Fly-off day.. Yepyep, as usual, a vacation overseas. This time, it's to Ho Chin Min, Vietnam.
Did I mention that I have a report to hand in on Friday and I must finish my part of the job on Thurs, which I've yet to get started with??

I return on Wednesday morning. Friday there's BBDC, which I cannot afford to cancel because I've postponed umpteen times.

Saturday morning I've got to catch a Ferry to somewhere in Indo for a family gathering. Suppose to be there on Friday but because of my BBDC, I had to join them on Saturday instead. Found out today that I'm not alone on the ferry on Sat, some cousins will be joining the LateComers party as well.
    Returning on Sunday evening.

Alright! Then I'll have one entire week of slacking time, which I'll have to use to pack my wardrobe and afew bits and pieces of remains in my current room and officially move to my new room by the end of this hols.
I'm taking too long to move, any delays and I'll just my as well remain where I am.

And when everyone starts school again, I'll be off to Shanghai for a school trip for one week.

I've tried travelling to many countries within a semester break (at least one month worth of break). This is the first time I'm travelling so much within 3 weeks.

    One destination per week.
I've yet to start my journey and it's starting to feel tiring already. I'll be dead by the end of the Shanghai trip.

    -------------------------------- Editted --------------------------------

Added graphics to the skin. I've always felt this skin to be too naked. Now that it's the hols, I've spent some time beautifying it. It's still very plain, no textures, but hope the graphics lighten up the boring texts.
